NATHANIEL SANGA BENCIVENGA has more than 15 years of experience in operations and customer experience management. He has built and led teams in industries ranging from fashion retail to private healthcare, developing solutions for improved resource allocation, team building, and overall efficiency. He has managed the expansion of more than 200 stores and offices across the country for various organizations, and he’s driven by creating diversity in leadership and streamlining performance for an effective customer experience. Nathaniel holds a B.A. in sociology, with minors in labor and workplace studies and gender studies, from UCLA.
With a range of programs and a large client base, the Los Angeles County Department of Workforce Development, Aging and Community Services is working to improve how it connects residents with services. To do this, WDACS is partnering with FUSE executive fellow Nathaniel Sanga Bencivenga to assess its existing client touch points, better communicate information about its suite of services, and make recommendations to ensure that residents are being connected to all the services they need.
