Dan Scarver is a director of strategic partnerships who collaborates with city and county governments to launch projects that address the most pressing opportunities and challenges facing urban communities.
After spending more than a decade in the social impact sector, Dan knows how to leverage resources to support communities in designing innovative programs, improving organizational systems, and developing national partnerships across the country. He has worked for Teach For America, City Year, and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Fisk University and a master’s degree in education policy and management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Dan is an alumnus of the Public Policy and International Affairs Program and New Leaders Council.
