Nicola Clifford leads FUSE’s evaluation function, working to continuously improve our programs and analyze the tremendous impact that FUSE fellows and agency partners have in the communities they serve. Nicola has worked in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors and has experience in a number of disciplines, including process improvement, evaluation, and strategic planning.
Prior to FUSE, Nicola served as a FUSE executive fellow for San Francisco, designing a STEM collective impact campaign. As a manager at Deloitte Consulting, she focused on strategic planning, program management, and insider threat. She has managed large teams, performed in-depth analyses around strategic challenges, and led change management strategies for a variety of clients. Nicola holds a B.A. in history from the University of Michigan and an MPA from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas.
